Returns – Substitutions

Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying a reason. To this end, they must send notice to Aru Srl Customer Service by email /PEC or alternatively by fax or registered letter to be sent within 10 days of receipt of the chosen products.

The return of the purchased item is accepted without hesitation, provided it is in perfect condition and sealed, free of any kind of wear and tear, neither ruined nor scratched, and the entire amount will be paid back.

Italian law requires that packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer, in this case instead, the costs will be borne by ARU Srl. We advise you to wear the glasses, try it on, see how it fits, and once you decide not to keep them, send them to Aru Srl at our headquarters: ARU Srl, Via Casale, 5 . 20144 Milan (MI).

It is of fundamental importance to try the glasses on and test their quality and comfort and then decide whether to keep them or not.

ARU Srl is not responsible in any case for damage, theft, or loss of the returned items, until their actual receipt in its premises. Any risk will, therefore, be taken exclusively by the customer. Please note that the items must be returned to the address provided by Customer Service via email. We recommend the return of the item through a tracked shipment. ARU Srl is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during the transit of the return. Once the integrity of the returned product is verified, ARU Srl will refund the amount paid by the customer within and no later than 30 days of receipt of the returned product by credit card or bank transfer (at the discretion of ARU Srl administration).
